Aggregated Employee Data (Statistical)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> global and anonymized analysis of a company\u2019s team, without individual identification.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data processed:<\/strong> aggregated metrics and statistical ratios.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> the client\u2019s legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>PeopleXBrand role:<\/strong> <em>Data Processor<\/em> on behalf of the client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Safeguards:<\/strong> results do not allow the identification of individuals and are presented fully aggregated.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>3.2. Personal Data of Competitors and Third Parties (Public)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> comparative analysis based on professional information obtained from LinkedIn or other publicly accessible sources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data processed:<\/strong> name, job title, profile owner, publications, and publicly available metrics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) of the client, based on market analysis and professional benchmarking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PeopleXBrand role:<\/strong> <em>Data Processor<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ethical safeguards:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>No automated or mass scraping is performed.<\/li>\n<li>Data are obtained exclusively from public sources.<\/li>\n<li>No commercial databases are created and no individualized results are disclosed.<\/li>\n<li>Reports are for internal and confidential use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>3.3. Individual Employee Detail (Registered Users)<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>This processing occurs in <strong>two distinct phases<\/strong>, in line with the Platform\u2019s functional workflow:<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Phase 1 \u2013 Invitation and Initial Consent<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Data origin:<\/strong> the client (company) provides <strong>employees\u2019 email addresses<\/strong>, acting as the Data Controller.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose:<\/strong> sending an <strong>informational communication<\/strong> to the employee, inviting them to voluntarily participate in the company\u2019s professional visibility program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PeopleXBrand role:<\/strong> <em>Data Processor<\/em>, acting on behalf of the client (Art. 28 GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> performance of the contract with the business client.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Retention period:<\/strong> if the employee does not accept the invitation, the email and any associated data are immediately deleted.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Phase 2 \u2013 Consent and Individual Access<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><strong>Description:<\/strong> the employee provides <strong>explicit consent<\/strong> and creates their ScoringMy account.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Data processed:<\/strong> name, email, job title, professional profile URL, digital presence metrics, and personalized results.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PeopleXBrand role:<\/strong> <em>Data Controller<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong> consent of the data subject (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rights:<\/strong> the user may access, rectify, or delete their data at any time from their account or by writing to <strong>legal@scoringmy.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. User Registration and Company Creation<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Registration on the Platform is individual, requiring <strong>name and email address<\/strong>, provided manually or via <strong>Google Connect<\/strong>.<br \/>\nOnce the account is created, the user may choose to use the service personally or create a <strong>company<\/strong> within their account.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When creating a company, the user declares that they are duly authorized to act on behalf of the organization.<\/li>\n<li>Employee email addresses are used exclusively to <strong>send informational invitations<\/strong>, and no personal data are analyzed until their consent is obtained.<\/li>\n<li>Initial registration data (name and email) are processed based on the performance of the contract or the request for access to the service.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>5. Source of the Data<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The data processed may originate from:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The data subject (users who register directly).<\/li>\n<li>The business client (who provides employee email addresses).<\/li>\n<li>Publicly accessible sources (LinkedIn, corporate websites, or professional directories).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>6.
