Can I analyze the aggregated data of all my employees?
Yes, you can. You can register all your employees’ profiles, and the tool will provide you with aggregated company-level data, without individual details for each professional. You’ll have access to a company-wide data panel segmented by departments as you organize them, as well as aggregated post data — but without detailed data for each professional, since individual employees must give permission for that.
Can I analyze the data of my employees individually?
Yes, you can, but you must request their permission due to data protection regulations.
From your professionals’ management panel, activate the option that allows them to access their data. This way, we’ll send them an email asking for their consent to receive their monthly analysis and improve their performance.
Once they accept, you as the administrator will have access to that information, and they’ll be included in the internal ranking.
If I’m an agency, can I analyze the individual data of one or several client professionals?
Yes, as long as you’re not being paid for it. In other words, if you’re conducting the analysis as part of a commercial outreach or to better understand potential clients in order to offer your services, you can do it.
However, if the company pays you to analyze the individual data of its employees, you cannot do it, since that would constitute a data processing assignment and would violate GDPR regulations.
If it’s just me, can I get my report every month?
Actually, you get full access to your data for one month. If you’d like to continue with monthly tracking, the cost is €5.95 per month.

Do I need to install anything on my employees’ computers?
Not at all. You just need to provide us with their LinkedIn profiles, and our semi-manual model does the magic to collect all the data every month.

How often is employee data collected?
Every month, we send out our little elves to gather all the activity and profile data from your employees. This allows us to create comparisons and analyze how they’re evolving, both individually and as a group.
Can I change the red-line and strategic topics whenever I want?
Of course, you can, although it’s not highly recommended, since frequent changes can make monthly comparisons less consistent.
That said, if you want to add or remove any topic, our system will simply recalculate and analyze all the posts for that month.
I want to analyze the activity of the entire company but only activate the challenges for one group. Is that possible?
Yes, it is. Ideally, you should analyze your company’s overall activity to identify patterns, ambassadors, and content creation trends to improve and reward performance.
And of course, if you want to provide additional tools to a specific group of ambassadors, you can do that with us too.
How many competitors can I add for comparison?
You can add up to 10 competitors, which should be more than enough. So think carefully about who your true “rivals” are, and analyze each month where you stand compared to them.
As the saying goes, it’s not about running the fastest… it’s about not being the one the lion catches last.
What payment methods do you accept?
We keep it simple. For companies with fewer than 250 employees, we accept credit or debit card payments for the monthly plan.
If your company is larger, the best option is to set up a direct debit or bank transfer.
