Why train

Handing a tool to someone who cannot use it is not activating a programme

Most programmes break in the same place: access is handed out, people are asked to publish, and then everyone waits. But building authority is a craft, and nobody picks it up alone. The training walks each person along this path, one step at a time, until their presence stops being an effort and becomes a routine.

PASO 01

Improve the profile

First you have to look like what you are. Photo, headline, experience and About, until the profile conveys authority at a glance.

PASO 02

Share corporate content

The easy first step: spreading what the company publishes, but rewritten in their own voice. Publishing stops being scary.

PASO 03

Create content

From sharing to creating. Start from an idea, a news piece or a document and the AI writes it in their style and on their subjects.

PASO 04

Become a thought leader

They step off the screen: talks, panels, industry events. And they have their own routine, with everything they write checked before publishing. See content checking →

The rule behind the syllabus

Corporate personal branding, not personal branding on its own

There is a lot of personal branding training that, in practice, prepares your people to leave: building their own website, their own brand, their own business. None of that is here. The test is simple: if an HR director could read a lesson as "I am training my people to leave", it is dropped. The professional gains recognition as a thought leader in their sector from inside your company, and the reputation they build comes back to the company.

It is not only LinkedIn

It is professional reputation. Speaking in public, presenting on behalf of the company, joining an industry association or chairing a panel weigh as much as a good post.

The company is the one that wins

A recognised thought leader amplifies the corporate message with a credibility no brand account can buy. That is why the whole syllabus points inward.

Thought leaders, not megaphones

We do not teach people to repeat the company line. We teach them to have their own judgement about a sector, which is the only thing that makes anyone worth listening to.

Inside each lesson

Three pieces in each one: I explain it, I show it, and we do it together

A standalone class changes nobody's behaviour. That is why each one closes the full circle, from the concept to the finished work.

Video lesson

Fifteen minutes of useful theory with no padding: what to do, why it works and which mistakes to avoid. With real examples, not textbook ones.

Step-by-step tutorial

The how, on screen and with clicks. Where each option lives, what to change and in what order, so nobody stalls because they cannot find a button.

AI tool

The exercise, done with a tool that works on their own profile and sector. No homework is handed in: you leave the lesson with the work already done.

The programme

Eight modules to build a thought leader

An ordered path that starts with the profile and ends in leadership. The first four modules work on digital presence; the next four cover everything that happens off the screen and everything they need to know to avoid getting it wrong.

MODULE 1

LinkedIn Profile

Making the profile look good and convey authority at first glance: photo, headline, About, experience and everything people check before deciding whether someone deserves their attention.

MODULE 2

Content Master

How to write content that connects and positions, and how to take that same voice to other networks and formats without repeating yourself or losing the company thread.

MODULE 3

Brand & Position

The assets that build reputation beyond the post: publications, awards, recommendations and the specific territory they want to be known for.

MODULE 4

Visibility & Engagement

Winning conversation and network with judgement: engaging, giving an opinion and getting followed by the people who actually matter for the business.

MODULE 5

Communication & Presence

Off the screen. Public speaking, presence on camera and in the room, presenting on behalf of the company and giving their first industry talk.

MODULE 6

Influence & Business

From visibility to opportunity: influence, how they introduce their company, networking, social selling and live sessions with clients. No paid advertising.

MODULE 7

Compliance & Reputation

What gets published and what does not: editorial line, confidentiality, cybersecurity for the exposed professional, responsible AI use and what to do when something goes wrong.

MODULE 8

Leadership & Skills

The two brakes that kill an ambassador programme: fear of publishing and lack of time. Plus leadership, empathy and resilience in the face of criticism.

60 lessons in 8 modules · video, tutorial and AI tool in each one.

For whoever runs the programme

Training you can measure, not training you assume

Whoever runs the programme sees where each module stands, how many lessons have been completed and who has not logged in for weeks. Without chasing anyone by email to ask how it is going.

Progress by module and by person.
Progress by module and by person. How many lessons the team has completed, how each module of the programme is going and who is active, low on activity or yet to start.
The goal

A market thought leader amplifies better than a plain megaphone

All the training points at the same place: each professional building authority of their own in their sector. And the more of a thought leader they are, the better they amplify your company's message. You both win.

FAQ

About the training programme

What we get asked most before starting with a team.

60 lessons organised into eight modules, from LinkedIn profile to leadership, by way of content, positioning, visibility, public speaking, influence and compliance. Each lesson is around 15 minutes of video, a step-by-step tutorial and an AI tool to apply what was learned to their own profile right there and then.

It is the exact opposite, and it is the rule that decides what makes it into the syllabus. Anything pointing out of the company or towards something of their own is excluded: CVs, interviews, headhunters, entrepreneurship, personal websites or a brand of their own. What we teach is how to be a thought leader in their sector from inside your company, and that reputation flows back to the company.

No, and that is why we widened the programme to eight modules. LinkedIn is the axis, because that is where professional reputation is decided in B2B, but four of the eight modules happen elsewhere: public speaking, presence on camera and in the room, talks and events, networking, social selling and the whole compliance and digital reputation block.

A lesson is watched and applied in one sitting, around a quarter of an hour plus the exercise. That is deliberate: whoever is training has another job. There is even a lesson dedicated to fitting their whole presence into 30 minutes a week.

Yes. Whoever runs the programme sees aggregate progress by module and the detail per person: how many lessons each has completed, what state their profile is in and whether they are active, low on activity or yet to start. It is there to know where a push is needed, not to single anyone out.

Yes. Any active ambassador has access to the full catalogue and to the AI tools in every lesson, at no extra cost. It is not an add-on bought separately: it is half the product.
